Better Value & Retention

Your new cross cultural teammate will generally consider themselves very well compensated and remain fully engaged on your team over the long term at a salary approximately 30% lower than that of a domestic hire.

We Stick with You

We take a small monthly fee instead of a big up front payment and handle all payroll and compliance. Our coaches are always available if challenges arise at any point. We’re here to make it work.

Our Process

1Stage
Getting to Know Each Other and Your Needs
- We get a feel for what it might be like to work together and decide if we want to try.
- We collaboratively design an ideal candidate profile and job description.
- We research the market and set cost expectations.
- Together we develop screening questions and a small test project so your team will be able to get a small taste of working with finalists before hiring them.
2Stage
Finding Your New Teammate
- If needed, we engage our network of over 100 recruiting affiliates. If your ideal candidate exists, we’ll find them!
- We screen each candidate against your specific needs and culture.
- We share qualified candidates and our analysis with you.
- We schedule and facilitate Zoom interviews with your team.
- We coordinate and facilitate the test exercise for all finalists.
- We prepare the offer letter for you to send and assist in making final negotiations with your preferred candidate.
3Stage
Onboarding and Maintaining Success
- We provide regular coaching sessions during onboarding.
- We bill you directly and handle payroll and local compliance (our fees are transparent on the invoice).
- We provide coaching or other assistance around any tensions if they arise.
- We assist in sourcing equipment, special training, or anything else your teammate may need.
- We coordinate travel and travel visas if you’d like to have your new teammate visit you in person.
- We send reminders around holidays or other local customs.
- We can arrange for gifts, meals, or other things to be delivered to your teammate.
