About the Position
Digital Marketing Strategist
GRAYBOX is looking for a digital marketing strategist to work closely with our Lead Strategist, Sr. Strategists, and our marketing team to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies for a wide variety of industries and partnering with our multidisciplinary teams within the company.
Knowledge and experience with SEO, Paid Media, Social Strategy, Email Strategy, and Analytics Tools are highly desirable. Successful candidates will have experience working in agencies, are self-motivated, have strong analytical skills, and have the ability to learn quickly.

3+ years of experience in professional services with an emphasis on marketing strategy and execution.
Experience with creating and managing paid search campaigns across a variety of search channels, including:
Experience with bid management and/or AI-driven software to manage paid search campaigns
Experience with the three main pillars of SEO, including technical, on-page and off-page, and how to optimize sites for each.
Experience with analytics (Google Analytics, Google/Bing reports, paid social reports) and ability to discern actionable insight from a variety of key data points
Experience with website A/B testing using platforms like Optimizely and Google Optimize, and ability to recommend, setup, and report on the success of scheduled tests.
Experience with configuring Google Tag Manager to track on-site user interactions and add third-party scripts.
Experience with digital project planning and site/campaign conversion optimization.
Demonstrated ability to learn new subject matter quickly.
Highly organized with extreme attention to detail; on your watch, things don’t slip through the cracks and you’ve been counted on in the past to deliver successfully.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and how the Internet works (i.e. no “tubes” are involved).
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Ability to manage time in a remote work environment.
BS/MS in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Successful record of keyword management
Extensive knowledge in of a wide variety of marketing toolset, including: Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing, remarketing), Email (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Emarsys), SEO (Raven, Moz, SEMrush), Analytics (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Data Studio), Social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Experience with popular social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.
Strong point of view on user experience and behavior
